Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ThirdPartyIQ, Inc. (“ThirdPartyIQ,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit thirdpartyiq.com (the “Site”), contact us, book a meeting with us, or receive email from us.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Site and our sales and marketing communications. It does not cover information our customers submit to, or that we process for them within, the ThirdPartyIQ platform. That information is governed by the written agreement between ThirdPartyIQ and each customer.

The Site is intended for business users in the United States and is not directed to consumers outside the United States.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form. The information the form asks for, such as your name, business email address, company, job title, and phone number, and anything you write in your message.
  • Meeting scheduling. Your name, email address, the time you choose, and any details you add when booking a meeting through our scheduling page.
  • Email and phone. Whatever you include when you write to or call us.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information or confidential information about your organization or its third parties through the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies described in section 5.

Information from other sources

  • Business-data providers. We may add publicly available or commercially available business information to our records about you, such as your job title, employer, company size, industry, and professional profile.
  • Visitor identification. A visitor-identification service we use may tell us which organization a visit to the Site likely came from, based on your IP address and device information. See section 4.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up on conversations about ThirdPartyIQ.
  • To send you information about ThirdPartyIQ, including product updates, articles, and event invitations. You can opt out at any time (see section 7).
  • To understand which organizations are interested in ThirdPartyIQ.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and to prevent spam and abuse.
  • To comply with law and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell the information you submit to us, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing. Contact information you provide is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and used only by ThirdPartyIQ.

Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for.

We disclose information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that process information on our behalf and under our instructions: our CRM, form, scheduling, and email provider; website hosting, content delivery, and analytics; spam and abuse protection; and business-data enrichment.
  • Visitor identification. The Site uses a visitor-identification service, which works with identity-resolution partners, to identify the organizations that visit the Site. To do this, the service and its partners receive your IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and the pages you view, and they may use this information for their own purposes. Under some state privacy laws this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out as described in section 6.
  • Legal requirements and protection. When required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ThirdPartyIQ, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Website analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that counts visits without setting cookies or building a profile of you.
  • Spam protection. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage information to tell people from bots. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Fonts. The Site’s typeface is delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font loads.
  • Visitor identification. The service described in section 4 sets cookies and uses similar technologies.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as the contact form, may not work without them. The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common standard for them, but it does honor Global Privacy Control as described below.

6. Your privacy choices

You can turn off visitor identification for the browser you are using now with the control below. Your choice is stored in your browser, so it applies only to this browser and device, and clearing your browser’s site data resets it. It takes effect on the next page you load.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and visitor identification does not load.

Visitor identification

Turning this off requires JavaScript. You can also email us to opt out.

You can also opt out of any sale or sharing of your information by emailing info@thirdpartyiq.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”

7. Marketing email

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@thirdpartyiq.com. If you unsubscribe, we may still contact you about an inquiry you made or a business relationship you have with us.

8. Your rights

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information we hold about you;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or its use for targeted advertising; and
  • appeal our decision on a request you have made.

To make a request, email info@thirdpartyiq.com or call (512) 271-6258. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request to know, correct, or delete, usually by confirming details we already hold. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will tell you the outcome of your appeal and how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree with it.

9. How long we keep information

We keep contact information for as long as it is useful for an ongoing or prospective business relationship, and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8).

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit for all traffic to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is meant for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and if the changes are material we will give additional notice on the Site.
